Four Seasons Costa Rica

A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to visit Costa Rica and stay at the Four Seasons Resort at Peninsula Papagayo. We flew into the Liberia airport which was extremely nice because it was only a 40 minute ride to the resort. We stayed for a total of 4 nights.

The pools

There are 4 different pools at the Four Seasons Costa Rica. The Bahia main pool, adults only pool, kids pool, and the family friendly Blanca pool.

the beaches

The resort is situated on a Peninsula, and it has two private beaches. One has dark volcanic sand and is the side that is used for the water-sports and activities (which there are a ton of!) The other beach is the more chill beach. There are ton’s of beach side cabanas on both of the beaches. These are free for all guests to use. There’s also more than enough beach chairs for guests to use.

Dining

There are 3 restaurants at the resort as well as room service. We ate at the poolside restaurant Bahia every day and we always got the breakfast buffet. As you can imagine, it was DELICIOUS seriously has everything you could want and more.

You can order lunch from several restaurants at the resort while lounging on the beach or chilling beside the pool. My favorite meal was the shrimp quesadillas! I got them 4 times :)

My favorite dinner was our dinner at Pesce the Italian Seafood restaurant.

Pura Vista Climb

The resort’s signature hike! It is over 1000 stairs but the views are defiantly worth it. You can also have a car take you half way up if you are short on time and want to enjoy the walk down rather than up!

I really enjoyed Costa Rica and I definitely will travel there again! If you have any questions about the resort or my trip, please feel free to ask! I hope you enjoyed this hotel review post!!

Xoxo,
